Cancelling an Order (Please note that this policy does not limit your statutory rights, which are outlined in the Terms of Sale.)
You can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Support team.
Unfortunately any delivery that has left our warehouse cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow our returns procedure.
Faulty or Damaged Products
In the rare event that an order is delivered faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Support team so that they can arrange a replacement or refund. If the package that you receive is damaged or open, please do not accept the delivery and contact our Customer Support team immediately to arrange a replacement.
