Delivery

Delivery Process:

All items are delivered free of charge, no matter how big or small.

Within one hour of placing your order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation via email. Once our courier has your item(s), we’ll send you a second email to let you know they will be in contact shortly with further delivery details.

In England and Wales furniture items such as chairs and desks will be delivered by our delivery team Inplace, who will deliver your item to a room of your choice with clear and safe access and remove all packaging if required.

FedEx will deliver furniture items in the following locations:
Scotland (Mainland, Highlands & Islands); Isle of Man; Isle of Wight; Isles of Scilly; Channel Islands.
This service includes delivery to front door only, and unfortunately does not include removal of packaging. Tracking details for your order will be sent by FedEx.

Smaller items such as accessories and lamps will be delivered by FedEx across the UK and require a signature upon delivery, and therefore cannot be left in a secure location.

Delivery Timescale:

The estimated delivery time for each item can be found on the product page - we recommend checking that you are happy with the estimated delivery time stated before you place your order.

England and Wales: Our delivery team, Inplace, will contact you via email to confirm the date of delivery.

For orders placed between Monday and Friday until 2pm you should expect to receive an email from Inplace, our delivery team, within 2 days of placing your order.

For orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend you should expect to receive a delivery date email within 4 days of placing your order.

On the day of delivery Inplace with send you an SMS text message and email with an expected time slot for your delivery plus live tracking information.

Scotland and islands: FedEx will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements.

During holidays and busy periods, your parcel may take slightly longer to arrive. Our Customer Care team will do their best to keep you updated. Your courier will still confirm your delivery date via email.

Delivery Locations & Service:

All products are delivered free of charge throughout the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). The delivery service is different dependent on where in the UK you are located.

England and Wales: deliveries are made by our specialist delivery partner Inplace, who will deliver your items to a room of your choice within your property providing there is clear and safe access. They will also remove all packaging if required.

In the following locations FedEx is used to make deliveries:
Scotland (Mainland, Highlands & Islands); Isle of Man; Isle of Wight; Isles of Scilly; Channel Islands.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently deliver to Northern Ireland but are working hard to find the right solution to provide this service soon.

Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?

Yes. We have websites serving customers in France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, the United States of America, Canada, South Korea, China and Japan. Simply click on the local store of the country where you want your products delivered and place your order.

Please note, products and finishes may vary for each region or country.

I want to order more than one item. Will they arrive together?

To reduce carbon emissions and for your convenience, all items on your order will be delivered together. If you have a custom item on your order, everything will be delivered when your made-to-order product is ready to go.
